Privacy and data protection

Sensitive information protected by default, not by exception. This page sets out exactly what data this site collects, why, who it is shared with, and how you control all of it.

Who this policy covers

This policy covers the Cordya AI website. The controller of the data handled here is Cordya AI, reachable at the address below. It does not cover the MaxwellAI Cognitive OS or agreements signed with clients, which carry their own terms.

Audience measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages get read, where visits come from and which devices are used. The legal basis is your consent (LGPD, art. 7, I), requested by the banner on your first visit. Before you accept, the measurement script is not loaded and nothing is sent to Google — not a single request. If you refuse, it stays that way.

Cookies

We only use measurement cookies, and only after you accept. Your choice itself is kept in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie, and is never sent to anyone else.

Contact form

If you write to us, we handle your name, email, company, industry and the message itself — only to reply to you. Those fields never reach Google: from a submission we record only that it happened, with the industry and language, and nothing that identifies you.

Who we share with

Google (audience measurement), Resend (delivery of form messages) and Vercel (hosting, which logs IP addresses to run and protect the site). These providers process data outside Brazil, which constitutes an international transfer under art. 33 of the LGPD. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run targeted advertising.

How long we keep it

Audience data follows the retention configured on our Google Analytics property, capped at 14 months. Form messages stay with us for as long as the conversation, and any relationship growing out of it, lasts.

Your rights

The LGPD gives you, at any time and free of charge:

  • Confirmation that we process your data, and access to it.
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or out-of-date data.
  • Anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data.
  • Portability to another provider, on request.
  • Information about who we share your data with.
  • Withdrawal of consent, and deletion of the data handled under it.

How to change your choice

The “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page hands the question back to you. Refusing clears any measurement cookies already set and stops the script from loading.
