We are friends who have built companies together for decades. We created Cordya AI to help solve three critical problems in Brazil: declining cognitive capacity, low productivity, and the vast social and digital distance between the most and least privileged.

    Senior executive in corporate finance, impact entrepreneurship and digital transformation. Specialist in structuring and executing mergers and acquisitions, with roles at Brazilian and international companies across infrastructure, environment, technology and foreign trade. Founder of Brazil's largest M&A news portal and a pioneer of the country's carbon credit market.

    Founder

    Chief architect and designer of the MaxwellAI Cognitive OS. Decades of international experience in technology, innovation and AI, with executive roles at IBM, Apple, Sun Microsystems and Globant, plus a hand in creating Hipermídia, Brazil's first digital agency. Master's from Duke University and AI extension programmes at MIT and Adelaide. Former professor at BSP, Insper, FIA and Santa Clara University.

    Responsible for Cordya AI's financial and administrative management — financial planning, controllership and investor relations. An executive with a long track record and deep relationships in Brazil's IT and Telecom market.

    Founder

    Legal executive with tenure at IBM in Brazil and the United States, a professor for 30 years, mediator, arbitrator and consultant to five UN divisions. Contributed to Brazil's Internet Civil Rights Framework and now to its AI regulatory framework.

    Co-founder and former CEO of BBChain, the only Latin American company listed in Gartner's global blockchain guide, where he led the infrastructure behind the first enterprise blockchain use case in Brazil's financial market, for B3 and IRB Brasil Resseguros. An engineer from USP's Escola Politécnica and a master's candidate at LARC/Poli-USP researching interpretability. At Cordya AI he leads the Education vertical and the AI Citizen training programmes.
