Senior executive in corporate finance, impact entrepreneurship and digital transformation. Specialist in structuring and executing mergers and acquisitions, with roles at Brazilian and international companies across infrastructure, environment, technology and foreign trade. Founder of Brazil's largest M&A news portal and a pioneer of the country's carbon credit market.
Chief architect of the MaxwellAI Cognitive OS. Decades of international experience in technology, innovation and AI, with executive roles at IBM, Apple, Sun Microsystems and Globant, plus a hand in creating Hipermídia, Brazil's first digital agency. Master's from Duke University and AI extension programmes at MIT and Adelaide. Former professor at BSP, Insper, FIA and Santa Clara University.
Technology and product executive with decades of experience in fintech, payments, marketplaces and compliance. Former VP of Product at Adyen, leading Onboarding & Compliance with more than 120 professionals, and ten years at Booking.com in leadership roles covering over 200 engineers — where he created Booking Wallet and Booking Pay.
Responsible for business development and the co-creation partnerships that give rise to Digital Agentic Organizations. Deep relationships and an exceptional grasp of the Brazilian IT and Telecommunications market in all its dimensions. A strong entrepreneurial profile, with a track record of building new products, new businesses and new companies. A results-driven sales and marketing executive who has served as General Manager of both leading multinational subsidiaries and Brazilian companies.
Legal executive with tenure at IBM in Brazil and the United States, a professor for 30 years, mediator and arbitrator, former consultant to the Council of Europe and Mercosur and consultant to five UN divisions. Founding partner of a law firm and of a research institute on Law and Information Technology. Contributed to Brazil's Internet Civil Rights Framework and now contributes to its AI regulatory framework.
